Adrianna Costamagna - Die strukturierte Macherin mit einem kreativen Herz

Adrianna thrives on making things happen—bringing structure, precision, and a keen eye for detail to everything she does. Her professional journey started in the world of craftsmanship before leading her into strategic planning, where she combines analytical thinking with creativity. At Nightnurse, she ensures everything runs smoothly while surrounding herself with inspiring creative minds.

What is your professional background?
I started my career as a seamstress. Surrounded by creative minds and hands-on craftsmanship, I quickly realized that while I loved working with materials, my professional path would take a different direction. My passion for strategic thinking and organization led me to marketing, where I found the perfect blend of analytical problem-solving and creativity. Now, at Nightnurse, I get to apply my structured approach, my attention to detail, and my ability to juggle multiple tasks in my role as Executive Assistant.

What’s your personal superpower, and how do you use it?
I stay calm under pressure and always keep an overview of the bigger picture—even when things get hectic. At the same time, I work with precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of empathy. I see what needs to be done and step in where I’m needed, making sure that every challenge is tackled with both structure and a positive attitude.

What brought you to Nightnurse?
I still remember the first time I saw a Nightnurse visualization in a magazine—I couldn’t look away. The depth and atmosphere of the image completely captivated me. When I later saw that they were looking for new team members, I knew instantly that this was where I wanted to be—surrounded by creativity, inspiration, and a team that brings incredible ideas to life.

Which spaces or locations fascinate you the most, and why?
For me, nothing is more awe-inspiring than nature. Towering mountains, the vastness of the ocean—sometimes calm, sometimes wild—and the peaceful sounds of the forest, where the rustling of leaves and birdsong create a deep sense of tranquility. These places ground me and remind me of the beauty and complexity of the world.

What is the most beautiful thing that has ever been visualized?
Choosing the most beautiful visualization is nearly impossible. I love dreamy, atmospheric images that transport you into another world and make you pause for a moment. I’ve always been drawn to Impressionism—Monet and Berthe Morisot, in particular. The way they capture light and nature feels almost tangible yet surreal, and I could lose myself in their paintings for hours.

What do you love doing when you’re not working as a Nightnurse?
I love anything creative—whether it’s pottery, painting, or sewing, these activities give me an outlet and help me find balance in everyday life. When I’m not working with my hands, I’m in the kitchen, coming up with new culinary ideas and treating my loved ones to home-cooked meals. And if I’m not at home, I’m on the move—traveling, discovering new cultures, or soaking in the energy of a live concert. I like to keep things exciting!
