The Swiss-Italian globetrotter with a passion for painterly depictions

Andrea discovered his passion in visualizations while studying architecture. After working in Melbourne, Rotterdam and Cologne, he finally found his professional home in Zurich.

What career stages have you had?
I have a varied architectural background. During my studies, I particularly appreciated the international dimension of architecture. After several professional experiences in various architecture firms abroad and my architecture diploma, I specialized in architectural visualization.

What is your personal superpower - and how do you use it?
My superpower is multilingualism, combined with a keen aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of architecture. These skills help me to create impressive and atmospheric images.

What brought you to Nightnurse?
The variety and quality of the visualizations at Nightnurse immediately inspired me. I love capturing a three-dimensional space in an image and giving it a unique atmosphere. At Nightnurse, I can live out this passion and create creative masterpieces with the computer.

Which spaces or places fascinate you in particular and why?
I'm always on the lookout for quiet moments and contrasts. Urban environments that merge with nature, quiet corners in busy cities, rays of sunshine in the middle of a storm and the silhouettes of trees against a clear sky magically attract me.

What is the most beautiful thing that has ever been visualized?
A successful visualization appeals to all the senses and triggers emotions. For me, the paintings of Jacob van Ruisdael and especially those of Vermeer are always a great source of inspiration.

What do you love doing, when you're not working as a Nightnurse?
You can find me playing football or swimming in lakes, rivers or pools. I also love dancing to electronic music, cooking Italian fusion cuisine and enjoying non-mainstream movies with stunning visuals.
