Martina Morucci - Die Innenarchitektin, die ihre Kreativität in Visualisierungen auslebt

For Martina Morucci, interior design started out as a childhood game — a playful exploration of colors, shapes, and spaces. Over time, that spark blossomed into a genuine passion, ultimately guiding her to the world of visualizations and, eventually, to Nightnurse.

Which professional experiences have shaped you so far?
My background is primarily in architecture, but ever since my time at the Politecnico di Torino, I’ve been strongly drawn to interior design and visualization. I’ve always felt the need to express my creativity—structured by certain rules and principles rather than in total chaos. Visualization offers the perfect blend of creativity and discipline, which is why my professional path naturally led me in that direction.

What is your personal superpower—and how do you use it at Nightnurse?
I believe my personal superpower is my ability to create harmonious and balanced compositions, whether it’s in terms of colors, shapes, or lighting. I use this skill to bring a sense of cohesion and beauty to each project so that it feels visually engaging and thoughtfully put together. Perfection may not exist, but aiming for it keeps me inspired.

What brought you to Nightnurse?
As surprising as it may sound, my love for interior design sparked when I was a child playing a computer game that allowed me to build and decorate countless houses. That playful start led to an ongoing fascination with designing spaces. After studying architecture at university, I naturally gravitated toward visualization work. Eventually, that path guided me to a professional role at Nightnurse. Passions often appear in the most unexpected ways, and it’s important to welcome them whenever they surface.

Which spaces or locations fascinate you the most, and why?
The place that captivates me the most is the sea. It gives me a sense of calm and brings out emotions I can’t find anywhere else. I’m inspired by the idea of infinity that stretches beyond the horizon. My dream is to one day retire in a small house on the beach, where I can take long walks and lose myself in the sound of the waves.

What is the most beautiful thing that has ever been visualized? Which images do you love the most?
I recently visited an exhibition in Vienna by Gottfried Helnwein, and I was deeply moved by the impact of his hyperrealistic art. His ability to evoke powerful emotions and tell compelling stories through such lifelike imagery is truly astounding.

What do you love doing when you’re not working as a Nightnurse?
In my free time, I enjoy being around my family and spending quality moments with friends, especially over a dinner that I’ve cooked myself. I also value quiet moments alone — curling up with a good book and immersing myself in a world of words is one of my favorite ways to recharge.
