Centro Uster
D+D Immobilien is planning Centro Uster, a new building with rental apartments and commercial spaces on Oberlandstrasse in Uster. The images connect the building’s place in an established neighborhood with everyday life inside. For the marketing, we created exterior and interior visualizations that bring these two scales together. The aerial view places the building and its landscaped forecourts in their urban setting. Street views take a closer look at facades and entrances. Inside, furnishings, materials and light reveal different apartment types, from open living areas to maisonettes. Balconies and roof terraces complete the picture with places to spend time outdoors.

From neighborhood to entrance
The aerial view gives way to a perspective from the street. Facade details, balconies and planting come into focus. These views show how the building meets the public space and how residential and commercial uses come together.
Different spaces, one visual language
The interior views present different ways of living within a consistent visual language. Wood, light surfaces and understated furnishings draw attention to room sequences, daylight and connections to the outdoors. In the attic apartments, ceiling heights, galleries and sloping roofs give each space its own character.
