The Hörnli area development renews a central part of the Arosa Lenzerheide ski region. A modern 10-person gondola replaces the Hörnli Express, while a new eight-seat chairlift runs parallel to it. The reorganization of stations, pistes and snowmaking infrastructure is designed to improve guest flow and strengthen this snow-reliable area in both winter and summer.
For hûs Architektur und Handwerk, Nightnurse created two exterior visualizations of the new gondola stations. The coordinated winter views show the stepped valley station at the edge of Innerarosa and the mountain station alongside the Urdenbahn. They clarify the scale, material character and setting of the replacement buildings, providing a clear basis for planning and public communication.

The valley and mountain stations belong to the same ropeway system, yet respond to distinctly different settings. In the valley, the architecture steps with the terrain; on the Hörnli ridge, the new gondola station forms a compact counterpart to the existing Urdenbahn station.
The two visualizations combine technical precision with a consistent visual atmosphere. Timber facades, translucent sections and the winter topography remain legible in both views, while people and cabins establish scale and clarify future movement patterns.
