Appenzeller Huus brings together living, hospitality, and wellness in one carefully designed setting. Existing buildings are being enhanced and expanded with new residences. Four apartment buildings with around 50 units add to the site and become part of a high-quality overall concept that includes hotels, spa areas, and restaurants.
The architecture by Rüssli Architekten takes traditional timber construction and reinterprets it in a modern way. Solid wood, natural materials, and large openings shape the spaces and create a strong connection between the interiors and the surrounding alpine landscape.

Virtual 360° tours
To support the sale of the apartments, we created a wide range of visualizations showing the different layouts and qualities of each unit. The focus was on high-quality materials and well-matched furnishings to clearly convey the intended living atmosphere. These images serve as a solid foundation for sales and communication.
For many of the apartments, we developed virtual tours that allow a realistic sense of space and layout.
In addition, we created different material options for a configurator. This allows buyers to compare variations easily, helping them make informed decisions and personalize their future home.
An important part of the project was accurately showing the views from each apartment. To achieve this, we created 360° drone footage for every unit, both in summer and winter. These views were carefully integrated into the visualizations using geodata to reflect the real situation as closely as possible. For many apartments, the orientation toward Säntis mountain is a major highlight. The views are not just presented they can be experienced as they truly are.
At the same time, we created visualizations for key areas of the hotel, such as the spa, wine cellar, and other shared spaces. The focus was on atmosphere and how these spaces are used. The images help communicate the identity of the project and position it as a high-quality destination.
