Flexible, scalable spaces for various uses.
MACH, developed by Senn Immobilien in collaboration with ARGE Käferstein & Meister Architekten AG and Murat Ekinci Architekten GmbH, is a flexible and scalable commercial building designed to accommodate various uses. Set to be completed in 2026, MACH offers high ceilings and load-bearing capacity, allowing tenants significant freedom in interior design, including the option for mezzanine levels.

The unique usage possibilities of the building, extending beyond standard commercial spaces, were captured through visualizations of five potential tenant personas. The focus was on showcasing the scalability of the spaces and illustrating diverse options for offices, high-tech, production, fintech, manufacturing, showrooms, and more. Our visualization, modeling, and animation specialists delved into various industries and their requirements, creating compelling interiors and work environments. Potential tenants can also receive customized visualizations to suit their specific needs.
mmobilien. Due to the specific nature of usage possibilities, we extensively researched suitable 3D models, expanding our library with necessary elements.
For the project website, we developed hyper-realistic renderings showcasing five usage types. An animated 3D model illustrates the possible expansion of space by adding mezzanine floors. This animation transforms a high-ceilinged room into a two-story unit, vividly demonstrating the space's versatility.
The visualizations for the five tenant personas are intricately detailed. For example, we integrated elements like tire tracks from a pallet truck, various fabrics from a tailor's workshop, and tools from a bike shop into the visuals. These details make the interiors appear as realistic and immersive as possible.
