Diverse and Innovative Commercial Space
The Gallery Opfikon is a commercial building with over 20,000 m² of rentable space, designed for a mix of tenants ranging from large service companies to galleries and light industry. Following a comprehensive technical renovation, it is marketed as a future-oriented business location promoting synergies and active knowledge transfer among tenants.

The task was to develop entirely new interior designs as the premises were being leased in their raw state. Additionally, it involved capturing and visualizing the building and its spaces as a whole. The diversity of potential uses and designing specific, unconventional interiors for offices, galleries, showrooms, or light industry were also integral parts of this captivating assignment.
During the conceptual phase, we developed mood boards featuring various interior expressions. These served as a foundation for defining an appropriate visual language and specifying furnishing details in collaboration with CBRE and Stuiq. Furthermore, our design and modeling specialists used photographic materials and floor plans to model the entire existing structure of the building. Drawing from references, examples from other projects, and new creative implementations, we created a series of inspiring renderings. These renderings aim to convey impressive spatial experiences to future tenants and illustrate the diversity of potential uses.
