A significant redevelopment project in Arbon on the former Hotel Metropol site, featuring two residential high-rises, a new hotel, public facilities including a park, restaurant, bar, and multipurpose hall. The project faced a referendum before the updated design plan was approved.

Large-scale visualizations in public spaces
HRS Real Estate enlisted our support in an early project stage when the architecture, interiors, and landscape design were not fully developed. Emphasis was placed on creating public-friendly, majority-appealing visualizations, crucial for the political vote. Additionally, the technical requirement was to produce high-resolution visuals for 2.5-meter-high construction walls, ensuring maximum external impact.
Proactive approach and inspiring sparring
Our extensive experience in refining vague formal and conceptual image ideas benefited this project. Initially, we developed conceptually diverse perspectives for impactful themes and potential images. Through multiple alignment rounds with the clients, involving proactive suggestions from us and client inputs, we precisely harmonized the depiction of architecture, interior design, and atmosphere. The result is a strategically compelling visualization that meets the architectural and political expectations of all target groups, contributing to the project's successful implementation.
