Arealentwicklung Luzernerstrasse
For the competition for the site development along Luzernerstrasse in Littau, we created visualizations for a project that brings density and neighborhood life into a new balance. The design is based on a finely structured layout with permeable open spaces and a clearly defined center.
Our role was to translate this interplay of urban design, architecture, and landscape into a clear and accessible visual language.
The images show how the new buildings integrate into the existing neighborhood while creating new qualities—from active ground floors to shared outdoor spaces within the development.

Interior and Exterior
The interior perspective highlights the quality of transitions—from private living spaces through the facade into the shared garden. Light, material, and vegetation interact to create a calm, everyday atmosphere. The view outward becomes a key element of living quality, presenting the project from the perspective of its future residents.
