For the competition for the Ober Emmenweid housing development, we created the visualizations for Büro Konstrukt’s proposal, which reinterprets the idea of the garden city in a contemporary way. The design combines clear structures with a variety of housing types and a carefully composed open space concept.
Our task was to highlight these qualities and translate them into a precise and accessible visual language.
The images show how the project grows out of the existing context while establishing its own identity—with a strong focus on community, everyday life, and the quality of outdoor spaces.

At the core of the imagery is the shared outdoor space as a connecting element of the development. The visuals show how paths, play areas, and green spaces interweave to support a range of uses—from informal gathering to active play. The architecture provides a calm backdrop, while the open space becomes a lively setting for everyday neighborhood life.
