RF1 design

4B

4B’s RF1 design renovation window combines minimally invasive installation with the appearance of a completely new window. For the overall communications developed by DD Com, we conceived and produced the visual content—from image strategy and storyboarding to 3D modeling, visualizations and animation. A calm camera movement presents the window as a natural part of the interior, while precise product sequences focus on profiles, handle and materiality. Installation animations and spatial cutaways explain how the existing frame is retained and completely concealed. The result is a visual world that unites design ambition and technical functionality in a clear product narrative.

Design in every detail

The product animation places the RF1 design itself at the center. Restrained settings, close-ups and precise lighting reveal the profile, handle, opening movement and materiality—separate from the residential context and focused entirely on the window’s design quality.

Making the construction legible

The sectional visualizations translate junction details, frame construction and installation conditions into spatially legible images. Rather than isolated technical drawings, they show the assembly in its architectural context—from the lateral junction and transom detail to the threshold. This adds a precise technical layer to the atmospheric product presentation and makes the renovation window’s underlying principle immediately understandable.

The installation principle, step by step

The installation animation makes the renovation window’s key advantage easy to understand: the existing frame is retained and completely concealed by the new system. Moving between the installed window and a spatial cutaway reveals how the junctions and layers work together—and how a targeted intervention creates the appearance of an entirely new window.
